Los Angeles, CA – November 19, 2011 - Today Dreambox is celebrating 12 years of continuing to deliver quality products and services to our customers. This year we proudly mark this event with the launch of new web sites for all twenty-two of Specialty Restaurants Corporation’s nation-wide stores. Specialty Restaurants has been providing memorable destination-based dining experiences since 1958 when former WWII bomber pilot David Tallichet founded the company with George Millay, the founder of SeaWorld theme parks. Operating familiar names including the Rusty Pelican in Florida, Castaway in Southern California and Brady’s Landing in Texas (among many others) Specialty Restaurants’ locations are favorites for weddings, corporate events and a fabulous night out.
Specialty Restaurants chose Dreambox to design and build each of their twenty-two restaurant’s web sites by leveraging Dreambox-designed re-usable templates that allow for a color and image-based set of customizations for each store while remaining completely editable within the Dreambox Enterprise-Class Content Management System. This system has a proven, successful 8 year history with large-scale customers including San Diego State University, the Orange County Transportation Authority, Cal Poly Pomona and Revstone Industries. In addition to the work on their many web sites Dreambox has also been called upon to produce informational videos and radio spots showcasing many of their restaurants.
“When the question arose regarding the venue for the Dreambox twelfth year celebration it was only natural that we choose a Specialty Restaurants location,” remarked Danielle Takata, Vice-President, Creative Media and Co-Founder of Dreambox. The Company has celebrated many past events at customers’ restaurants and has continued this trend for year twelve at Specialty Restaurants’ Orange Hill Restaurant in Orange, California.
