Los Angeles, CA - November 29, 2007 - For the second time in as many years, DreamBox Creations, Inc., a leading full service Internet consulting firm in Los Angeles County, threw its hat into the ring to produce The Fish Market website and again came out on top of the competition. With nine locations in California and Arizona, The Fish Market is widely acclaimed for its uncompromising dedication to freshness and quality, leading the San Diego Union Tribune to rate it as "probably the most successful restaurant on the California Coast."
The first DreamBox-produced site, launched in 2005, sported a clean and simple layout. Designed to complement The Fish Market's unpretentious and no-frills approach to serving the absolute freshest in seafood dishes, the site focused on clear and concise presentation of information.
As the popularity of seafood houses continued to increase however, so did the competition, and management realized that a redesign would be necessary to effectively position their brand in front of their target demographics. Their new site requirements called for increased visual impact, interactivity, and multiple levels of engaging content. DreamBox successfully demonstrated its ability to provide the necessary services and was again selected over numerous other vendors to produce the new site.
"We're very proud that The Fish Market chose DreamBox to produce their next site," remarked Dan Bejmuk, VP, Operations. "This site is a very different implementation from the previous version we produced for them, so it meant a lot to go up against a number of other vendors, showcase our skills and capabilities, and be selected again." Features of the new site include highly detailed Flash animation, creative presentation of FAQs and seafood trivia, an online store, mailing list, and integrated door-to-door directions. All elements are carefully coordinated to drive brand loyalty and restaurant patronage.
