DreamBox is an proven, growing firm looking to hire a skilled human resources coordinator to guide all HR-related activities. As a steadily expanding company, yes, we have a serious need for the traditional HR duties that you would be used to performing:
- Drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
- Screening candidates, assisting in interviews, and conducting new employee orientation
- Staying on top of regulatory reporting requirements, risk management activities, and recordkeeping
- Reviewing benefit/compensation plans and recommending improvements for recruiting and retaining top talent

Things you might be expected to do to accomplish this include:
- Planning employee birthday lunches and the annual DreamBox extravaganza
- Organizing other company social outings and activities
- Proposing and implementing personal/professional development programs and acquiring applicable resources
- Being constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the daily life of everyone in the company
In short, the HR Coordinator's goal will be to put - and keep - a smile on everyone's face through innovative and even quirky approaches to the company's needs. As consultants, customers hire us to produce time-sensitive, budget-driven systems. The behind-the-scenes work that goes into keeping our project teams running smoothly is key, and we want someone who can take the lead and make things happen.

Skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with hiring / interviewing
